Data Collection:
Collect Data from articles on the subject from reliable sources.
Review posting guidelines of major social media websites.
View "controversial" content as labeled by the websites.
Procedures:
I will construct a blog by combining the information gathered from the articles and guidelines, and citing them using APA style. The post will compare and contrast both sides of the argument: should there be content hidden or censored by social media and if so to what extent?
Purpose:
This is to examine the current set up of the major social media platforms and to help determine if they should be revised or if they are justified as they currently stand.
